Professional Career
I began my career at Andersen in their Orange County office within the Private Client Service Group after interning there during the summers of 2020 and 2021. During my time there, I gained significant exposure to all aspects of tax and business, with a primary focus on pass-through entities. As a Senior Associate, I worked with partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, trusts, and individuals across various industries.
I subsequently transitioned to my current role at EY in Boston. At EY, I moved into Audit within the Financial Services group, focusing on the insurance industry.
Educational Background
My college journey began at Cypress College, where I studied from 2017 to 2019. After two years at Cypress, I transferred to Chapman University, graduating with honors in Accounting in 2021. During my time in college, I was a four-year collegiate athlete, a member of the Accounting Society, and served as the President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Volunteer Work
I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to work with and lead exceptional teams, and for being part of organizations that align with my values. During my time at Cypress College, I served as President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Currently, I am the Professional Development Lead for the Chapman University Latinx Alumni Group and have also founded an organization, 4 for 4 CPA, which I aspire to develop into a nonprofit.
